Jump Start Your Morning
Breakfast is considered the most important
meal of the day. Each morning, we need to fuel
our bodies so they work properly. Yet, most of
us don't allot enough time in the morning to
have a proper breakfast.
If you lag in the mornings and your energy
level is non-existent, try this simple, low-fat,
energy-boosting shake that will jump start your
1 cup orange juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
4-6 ice cubes
Mix all the ingredients in your blender
on high for 30 seconds, until ice is crushed.
Yields 2 serving with less than one gram of
fat per serving.
